I do squat deadlift bench everyday......
Alternating between max effort and endurance, no I do not over train
I used to do mon, wed, fri but since I have a free period I just always go to the school gym and lift cause i'm bored :P

Been on Bill Starr 5x5 awhile now. 3 full body workouts a week, so 48-72 hours rest.

Minimum amount of time possible. Usually ends up being 5 days, sometimes as low as 3.
