    question... did arms friday and today i was going to do legs but i have a bothersome hemiroid (hehe) so im thinking not to do legs and just hit chest. Would this be to soon to hit chest after doing arms friday?

    I do exactly what you do man. I used to work each muscle out twice a week, but found out recently that they just can't handle that. I've been feeling a lot more refreshed and have had a lot better workouts since switching to 1x a week.

    Been on Bill Starr 5x5 awhile now. 3 full body workouts a week, so 48-72 hours rest.

    Enough rest for me, have had immense gains thus far on it.

    Depends, I hit my chest 2 times a week now because its lagging. So now it looks like
    Monday: Legs/abs
    Tuesday:Chest/Shoulders/Tricep
    Wen:Rest
    Thurs:Back/Bis
    Friday:Chest
