my abs pop out are shown except for the middle line ( if you know what im talking about )
does anyone know what i can do to get it?
Cut weight, do more cardio and watch your nutrition. Obviously, since your goal is listed as gaining muscle, you shoudlnt really cut weight in the first place. I doubt youre good in weight right now, but post up your stats. If you arent, dont cut weight..dont even worry about your abs showing either. Just eat more and more but do it healthy(check articles if you dont know how). Eating healthy and bulking can give you the ability to have your abs be cut as well ive seen..but it depends on your body. Being guys we have the tendency of having weight gain in the waist and chest..so its hard for most of us. Once again, i dont think you should cut but its your goals. Post your stats.
