    Thanks for posting OP.

    ----------------->Observations

    He did partials for incline as a first exercise and did 4 plates per side. He then did flat bench as a second exercise but did it with good form and a FullROM as a result he got only 4 reps on flat vs 10 on incline partials. This shows how much harder it is to do the exercise properly.

    I have been left wondering why he does nt drop the weight on incline so he can do a better range of motion.

    Afterall studies have show for muscle size that a FullROM works better than doing partials.

    I now know why when Corimer trained with Yates that it left him vomiting in Yates temple gym carpark.

    Isn't it obvious? some people don't have the flexibility to go to the chest on incline, and chris is one of them. Otherwise the explanation would be that doing f.r.o.m. hurts him, so it would be stupid to do it.
