His wife is damn hot! And it is hard for him to wrestle but he does... Supposedly there is nothing genetically wrong with him that caused him to get so tall, like no defects. So everything, including internal organs, is in proportion. So he should live the length of a normal man...
He is a freak of nature though.Professional Wrestler

Even if your genetically tall your life exptancy drops overall vs someone who is genetically short. Your body only can only multiply to repair cells so many times, larger people have used alot more of that up. They require alot more food too, which introduces more toxins into the body. Heart and organ sizes don't really scale particularly well either. It's part of why they don't worry about it during organ donations. As a rule it's all about the same inside, it doesn't fully scale like the outiside of the body does. Not to say a giant like that doesn't have a bigger heart, but it's not in overall proportion.

Strong resurrection.
The Great Khali (his ring name) just had knee surgery and doesn't look like he moves around too well. He sucks as a wrestler, but he is actually pretty good in movies. I haven't seen The Longest Yard remake in a while, but I think he was good in it (even though the movie itself was not great). I also thought he was really good in Get Smart.

Wow, on wikipedia check out his diet.
"Singh?s training schedule consists of two hours of weight training, morning and evening, every day. Maintaining his size requires a strict daily dietary regimen: one gallon of milk, five chickens and two dozen eggs, along with chapatis, juice and fruit."
FIVE CHICKENS!?
