    215 x 9 for 3 sets is my best atm. Really wanna move that up to 225 but shoulder surgery is in the future for me so im gonna take it easy until then

    Two days. Felt it in one workout, went away, and then next work out it exploded.

    Its not too bad anymore, been seing a chiropractor. Hopefully will be better in a month.

    Decline bench is not a bench. a 195x3 Decline bench is equivelant to about a 165x3 Flat Bench.

    To answer your question op, max was 290x10, my 1RM's always sucked in comparison, so the calculator is very inaccurate if you calculate that.

    About a month ago I benched 5 reps of 100kg no spotter. But since then I haven't tried benching high because my consultants said I can't lift heavy weights because of the stress it puts on my heart.
