Question Food that help increase nitrogen retention

Other than BCAA supplements, wat type of food in nature offers a high dosage of nitrogen retaining nutrients? I read from the IFFB Pro undercover guy issue no. 9 that he recommends 1800 mg BCAA when u wake up 1800 mg before u train, 1800 mg after u train & 1800 mg before u sleep. ta's a lot of BCAA to retain nitrogen. Any advice?
