shoulder pain- confused/frustrated

whats up everyone. I'm just posting to see if anyone else has had some experience with this. I have a very strange shoulder problem, and I'm not sure if its my cuffs. The pain started in my left shoulder 3 weeks ago, after I fell on it skateboarding- i felt a little pop, but it didnt hurt too bad. then the pain started in both shoulders in movements such as dips and flat bench, but on/off, and barely noticable. yesterday I couldnt flat DB bench because of the pain in my left shoulder, then today my left felt fine, and my right hurt doing shrugs?! wtf....

if anyone knows anything, or knows any good resources for making the shoulder joint more flexible stronger, i would REALLY appreciate it. the last thing i need is another layoff. thanks

'strange' is right. you have listed way too many problems about joints (shoulders) that are very complex. you need to be more specific due to the number of possible problems.

i would see a doctor too.

its better to let it heal then to try to work through it and have it worsen. would u rather have 1 month off or 3 months?
also doctor is a good suggestion.
