Alrite, summer time is right around the corner and i want to cut. I was wondering the internet for an appropriate diet plan to cut. after searching i found a convientient and "somewhat" ( i say this because i have heard so much static about them) credible supplement company, MUSCLETECH. For a 150 lbs, 5'8" guy they say that i need 256 g carbs, 61g fat, and 2175 Calories. Does this sound about right? for some reason i think this is too many calories. I am inexperienced in creating diet plans, as this is my first real attempt at regulating my diet. thanx in advance for any input
yeah, i believe my metabolism is pretty fast.but for some reason i think it might be slowing down?? dont know if its possible that quickly? before the past six months i was always pretty skinny. now im away at college and packed on the freshman 15. thanks for the help highstandards. any one else??
