my uncle was serious bodybuilder in the 80s and he said one of the best things to do when bulking up was drink a gallon of whole milk everday. anyone agree?

@Bigbiceps, depends where you are of course. And what store you're going to.
I think I might be lactose intolerant. Whey makes me fart like such a mother****er. I should get one of those hydrogen density breath tests or whatever. I should also get bloodwork done on my testosterone levels. But those things probably aren't covered by Alberta Health Care. Yay for nationalized health care! Not.

I did a workout that recommended a gallon of whole milk a day, that was a bit too much for me at 150 lbs. I drank 2 gallons a week and in 4 months gained 24 lbs. I tried protein powders with no gains but with whole milk it was fast. price wise, protein for protein the milk was cheaper than a low priced powder.
