I finally think I have my diet down! here is is. comments on this for keto?
Ok, I wake up around 0630 2 hydroxy and 2 cups of water. drive to work.
0730 6oz ham, 3egg whts, 1 piece of cheese melted on ham.
1030 chicken breast, piece of cheese, 1tbs of veggy oil
1330 chicken breast, cheese, 1/2 can of green beans
1630 protein shake,water, veggy oil
1900- taco- lean turkey,salsa, cheese, lettuce mixed. no shell
2130-1 chicken breast
of course I drink about 1.5 gallons of water
the 1900 meal might be alittle earlier cause I dont know if the wife will want to eat that late.
The only other question is. Since I am starting today(its wed. in japan) should I skip the carb up this week and continue right through till next week? thanks for the help. Jayy
no carbs for 2 weeks! AHHHHH! OK. well I was looking forward to pizza but I guess next time. So I need to start carb up next friday? thanks again blindfaith. I'll be posting pictures of my fat self so you all can see how good this keto thing works later jayy
