I just bought a bottle of Primaforce CEE at the Arnold and I was wondering how many grams a serving is and how much I should take at once.

I would start @ the recommended serving (on the bottle) and go from there... I know guys that are taking anywhere between 2g to 10g of CEE daily.Originally Posted by PaintPir
