OK, Ive been training hard for a long Freaking time now, and im comming up on my second show, I love the animal routines and there website, very "this is how it is in the world of iron" BUT, i have never had the oppertunity to try there products, Ive reached a good point in my BB career and would like to stay natural, has anyone ever tried these two Products, if so , what kind of results could you expect off them, Prolong use , not in 24 hours like some of the bull**** products out there. Any info guys would be great.

And if anyones been watching me on this forum I finally broke 240.....thanks to everyones help !!!

Pogue posts on this site. He says that Universal has some products that aren't any good. Do a search for post by him. He also has a blog in which he reviews supplements. Hope this helps.
