    Barbell Curls 3 12-15
    Alternate Dumbbell Curls 3 12-15
    Seated Calf Raises 3 12-15
    Finish with 45 Min Cardio

    Thursday
    60Min Cardio

    Friday
    Day 3: Legs, Shoulders & Abs Sets Reps
    Leg Extension 3 12-15
    Hamstring Curl 3 12-15
    Leg Press 3 12-15
    Shoulder Press 3 8-12
    Side Lateral Raises 3 8-12
    Rear Lateral Raises 3 8-12
    Lying Leg Raises 3 12-15
    Finish with 45Min Cardio

    Going to use this for 2 weeks and then change up the weight program every 2 weeks.


    And so on......... I'm going to rest sat and Sunday.

    My Eating is as follows:

    3:00am Wake up Take 1 serving of Xtend and 1 MHP Dren (drinking water)
    4:00am In the gym (Drinking water)
    5:40am End workout Protein shake 2 mega men multi and 2 Vaporise
    9:00am Snack Almonds 1 can of Tuna in water (drinking water)
    11:00am Protein shake (More water)
    12:30pm Lunch Chicken 1 cup of oats, almonds (more water)
    3:30pm Protein Shake and 2 Vaporise
    6:30pm Dinner Chicken or fish salad, brown rice 2 Vaporise


    I try to mix up my snacks a bit day by day.

    So far I'm on day 2 of my cutting phase and I'm sore as hell from Monday's workout & cardio. I felt pretty good today after doing my 1Hr of cardio. I did notice I seem to feel very stiff (rigamortise feeling) but that probably because I am just sore.


    Any comments, Questions, Concerns?

    Are you in jail man? You always take the pics in a bathroom.. Im assuming it's at the gym though.. Great progress man!

    I plan on starting my cycle and I swear you made me want to go to the gym now.. Do you think a major cause of you losing the fat so fast is the morning workouts?

    Hahaha ROLFL, No not in jail, When i get to work in the morning I change clothes in the bathroom. So I take my pics in there.

    As far as loosing weight, I think it's the cardio! really. i have dieted in the past but this is the first time I have done so much cardio. Also the fat burner I'm using is great! 1 pill once a day!

    what sort of cardio are you doing?
    is it just moderate intensity on the eliptical for 60 mins?
    i reckon you should give hitt a go. Maybe do 15-20 mins after your weight training so you get better results and more days off.

    I'm starting this workout 2morrow, while being on the Anabolic Diet. I probably won't do 60min cardio though on non training days. Maybe only 30, I'm not a big runner, maybe I'll be able to work my way up to 60. I may also use cytolean. I just don't know how that would work with the Anabolic Diet.

    How about a back double bi shot? Your triceps look huge in the before pics, I'd like to see if they lost much mass. I'm having a really difficult time with my tri's, they don't like to grow and my bi's are rapidly drowning them out.

    So I started doing the 12 weeks future physique workout today. I haven't been in the gym in almost a year. My wife had been pregnant and I ate just about everything that she ate. My stats and workout showed all of this. I felt very weak and out of shape. This is the weakest I have ever felt. I was 256 lbs with 22.3% body fat......ouch the most I have ever weighted and the fattest. I was expecting this though. So now I just have to stay on the grind and get back into the swing of things. I also started the Anabolic Diet today LOL. I'll probably be dead by the end of the week. But I'll keep going and see how everything works out for me. I'll post pics in about 4 weeks.

    I felt a little better today. man 60mins of Cardio is a long time. I couldn't do that much, as I mentioned before, I'm not a runner. I could only complete 15mins of strait cardio after my workout. But today I ran for 10mins walk for 5mins and then ran for another 10 and walked another 5. I got on a bike for about 10mins after that. hopefulley I will see results similar to David. I need to lose some body fat bad.

    yeah I'm here, I just took a week off, I tweaked my elbow playing in a softball tournament last week. Funny thing is I lost 2 pounds while on my week off..??
    Current weight as of yesterday 184 Pounds. It's only been 1 1/2 weeks of using the Napalm, So I cant see much. I'll go a take some pictures tomorrow morning and post them up, and we can see if there is any visual changes. Tell you what I feel thinner, if that makes any sense. Even my wife is starting to notice when I change clothes, she says " wow, your love handles are almost gone"
