Red face Jungle warefare and women???

Hey ladies, I have a question for ya...
I'm thinking of taking ALRI Venom Hyperdrive, Special Tactics, and Lean Dreams. Has anyone else and how have they worked for you???

Also, a friend is trying to get me to take Jungle Warfare :/ now that I'm not too gung ho about! Has anyone taken that one and what where your results like, Did you have blood work done during the cycle to check your levels??

Hi Dane22

sorry to bring this up but did you make a thread in the injury section about having an abdominal tear?

Looking from your supps (and I haven't a clue what half of the do)

I really think you are not being smart or careful with your body - remember it's the only one you have so what you put it in is what you get out and so far it seems you are set to injure yourself further

Well I've been wondering how to respond to this Yes the abdominal tear post was mine, I was looking for advice so I DIDN'T injure myself further!!!
Which I haven't BTW

As for the supps EFA's Essential fatty acids are your omega's,flax and borage oils, the BCAA's are Branch chain amino acids- needed to retain hard earned muscle. Cosamin- glucosamine, chondroitin, and shark cartilidge, for joint health. Multi vitamin with 1 mg folate. 4 mg glutamine, to rebuild muscle fibers.
Protein shakes pre and pwo 24g each time

And as for diet depending on the day ranges from
187g-261g of protein per day 1.25 g to 1.75g per lb
120g-174g carb per day mainly green veggies, maybe 100g of fruit a week and berries at that.
67g-87g fats almond, natty almond or pb, one yolk things like that
1-1.5 gallon water daily

Love to know in your opinion how I'm not being smart or careful with my body???

Sorry Dane22 the names of your supps got me

ALRI Venom Hyperdrive, Special Tactics, and Lean Dreams lol they all sound like some super pump drive you to the insane caffeine levels type stuff

I guess I was just a little concerned for you because you said you had injured your stomach

Your supp's look perfect now I know what they are, sorry if I came across a little a harsh (like you said, you) I don't want you injuring yourself further from being hyped up and going in to the gym and acting like nothing is wrong with your body

it's good to hear you haven't injured yourself futher and you are being smart
