Well I've been wondering how to respond to this

Yes the abdominal tear post was mine, I was looking for advice so I DIDN'T injure myself further!!!

As for the supps EFA's Essential fatty acids are your omega's,flax and borage oils, the BCAA's are Branch chain amino acids- needed to retain hard earned muscle. Cosamin- glucosamine, chondroitin, and shark cartilidge, for joint health. Multi vitamin with 1 mg folate. 4 mg glutamine, to rebuild muscle fibers.
Protein shakes pre and pwo 24g each time
And as for diet depending on the day ranges from
187g-261g of protein per day 1.25 g to 1.75g per lb
120g-174g carb per day mainly green veggies, maybe 100g of fruit a week and berries at that.
67g-87g fats almond, natty almond or pb, one yolk things like that
1-1.5 gallon water daily
Love to know in your opinion how I'm not being smart or careful with my body???
