(pics soon)Battle of the Buldge.-40 lb Journey
Alright I need to keep a workout journal to keep myself honest. I have accomplished a lot athletically: playing 4 years of varsity football and baseball in high school along with 3 years of varsity basketball, football scholarship to college and most importantly earned a college degree and masters from a great school.
That being said I can't seem to accomplish what many people are able to do here, lose that F'ING BELLY FAT (not that I'm bitter about it haha). I'm getting older and time is flying by, so Im turning to this thread to keep myself honest.
Goal: Get rid of that belly fat by May 3rd. (PICS WILL COME WHEN I LEARN TO RESIZE THEM.)
Current weight: 243 (down from 267 Jan. 1)
Height: 6'5
Bodyfat:? My Tanita scale says 18-19 percent depending on the time of day.
Inspiration: I saw the most ridiculous thing at the gym a few months ago. There are two guys that work out and think they are God's gift to pumping iron. One morning (at a fairly busy commercial gym) they took off their shirts, gave eachother a man thong with their shorts, stood on the benchs by the DB racks, and had a pose down. I laughed and laughed and they got pissed. I want to not ever do that, but all the guys I see that are desieled up are huge a holes. I would like to change the stereotype.

Cardio
Cardio Split - All is done immediately after workout and post-workout shake.
Monday - 30 minutes HIIT
Tuesday - jog 3 miles
Wed - 30 minutes Hiit - plyos (pre-core workout)
Thurs - walk/jog 2-3 miles
Friday - walk 2 miles
Saturday - 20 minutes HIIT
Sunday - 2 hours of basketball, 45 minutes of Plyos
I walk/jog on days to help my legs recover for lifting instead of doing HIIT all the time. I use those days just to burn off 400-600 cals.

Diet
Here is the issue. I eat well, but I get hungry in the evening!
6 am - 1 whole egg, 2 whites,
9 am - protein shake mixed with water and baby spinach leaves
11 am - Orange
12:30 - Chicken breaded in oatmeal on spinach leaves and carrots
2:00 - bowl of oatmeal sometimes a protien shake with water pre-lift
3:00 - LIFT
4:00 - post workout pro-complex shake with Pb, milk, banana
6:00 - Chicken breaded in oatmeal with Frank's red hot sauce and brocolli
7:30 - Here's where I get hungry and blow it...Either some fruit, or some wheat crackers, or some PB on a graham cracker....
I feel like Im missing something but that's the basics of my days.
Any suggestions or support would be greatly appreciated I can't seem to lose that last 5-10 lbs of belly fat!

Richie, sorry about the massive delay. I started my log on a couple other sites instead and have been keeping up with it regularly, (dieselcrew.com and rosstraining.com).
I cut to 240 and then got more into powerlifting and strongman. I've been training with some friends over at the Diesel Crew on weekends and at my own place on the weekdays. Bulked back up to 265 and increased by squat, dl, overhead press and bench by a lot. I also got into grip training more.
Spent this past weekend down in NJ at Zach EvenEsh's place for a seminar with AJ Roberts, very good stuff. I posted pics and info about it on my site, (address in my signature).
Thanks for bumping it up Richie, I havent been back on here much at all!
-Joe
