ive just bought creatine (prolab, monohydrate) for the first time
i mix it with met-rx whey protein (bananna) and milk
but i feel like im gonna be sick after
not a good feeling, does any1 know why?

Elaborate on sick. It's typical to feel slightly light headed when first taking it, but after a couple days, it goes away.

in sick i mean, queezy in my stomach, throw up type.
but i never do. just doesnt feel good
could it be the mixing of protein shake?

I took creatine for the first time today and I had the exact same feelings you are experiencing. Mixed with my protein shake after workout. Is this gonna go away eventually?

I got a similar feeling when I first started taking creatine.
I switched to a micronized powder form. Sickness gone.

i take mine with Xtend bcaa or Revolution bcaa splash during workout ... no trouble
Edit: i take the dymatize mono creatine

creatine does have an effect on slowing gastric emplying.

OP you might want to be strategic about when to take it.
it doesnt have to be taken at any particular time. try taking it 2-3 hrs after your last biggest meal of the day.
