Oat Flour same nutritional value as standard oats?

i just threw a can of oats in the blender for my shakes. i was wondering if the nut. panel is still accurate since it a "flour" now? like does one cup still equal 300 cals? ( 150 1/2 cup ) or is it higher since its less air in between the oats? thanks

Probably more cals per cup since it packed tighter, and the higher surface area may likely speed up digestion, but in a broad view, its about the same.

no, don't count it as a standard cup of oats... i would say, take 1 cup of oats, grind it, and then see what measurement that comes out to. then use that ratio to figure out the difference.
