also when you are on this keto diet..are u allowed any carbs during the week? i already read the keto post but it's unclear to me if u can eat carbs at all during the week.
I have my protein pancakes for my fist meal. I have spaghetti and chicken, lots and lots of begals with sugar free jam. I have toast. lots of veggi's with fat free ranch. mmmm mmmm mmmmm!
sorry to bump an old thread but exactly how many carbs are you supposed to eat on a carb loading day?? and how high should your calorie intake be compared to the rest of the week?
