Best thermogenic fat burner for women?

I've been taking Lipo-6 for 3 weeks and not really seeing any results. Anyone have any recommendations for a superior fat burner that doesn't cause the jitters and allows you to sleep?

    Non-jittery fat burner

I have been using Fahrenheit for maybe 5 weeks now... I have lost about ten pounds since then. I really like it because unlike so many others, there are no jitters, no pounding heart, no feeling like you're gonna faint... Id suggest checking it out at www.f-heit.com. The site has a neat message forum and it keeps track of your weight/inches lost too. You can buy Fahrenheit practically anywhere (Walgreens, Walmart, etc) and its really not expensive ($25/bottle at Walmart). Follow the directions and drink plenty of water (beware that the pills taste like crap so swallow them quickly, lol)...I've had very good results with it!

I also have been taking the lipo 6 also. It has been about 2 maybe 2 1/2 weeks and have not seen anything yet. For that matter it does not even give me any extra energy.

But she is never satisfied, i mean she doenst want to lose 100 lbs she wants to slim down for summer time like alot of people, she told me she wants to lose about 5-10 lbs! I tell her she just needs to be happy with herself, i mean she is 130 and no where near fat, i would say she has less than 10 percent BF! What do yall suggests, what diets, what supps more importantly! Farnenheit would be good, i havent read much on it, but yall say its good! Just give me some ideas! thx alot for your time!

Yes.... I dont know what kind of commercials you have seen on the tea, but I would sure be interested to find out.

There are a lot of companies trying to jump on the bandwagon right now with yerba, but the best way to benefit from the Yerba Mate leaves (and also the cheapest) is still the 1,000 year old method of making a strong infusion from it...

Yerba is a constant companion for me, as it doesnt just help you loose fat, but is important to general health.

If you are interested just check the link.... it has LOTS of info from diverse sources, so you dont have to just take my word for it.

yerba mate is very similar to black tea, both have higher amounts of theophylline than other teas. you can get the same effects from a cup of "english breakfast" or other black or ceylon tea

they are both low grade formulas. At least the original ephedra based hydroxycut worked OK.

Most likely they dont have what you want... it is very hard to find ANYWHERE that has the quality uncut yerba that people drink down in South America. Most health food stores either sell teabags (not what we want) or sell a brand called Guayaki that is overpriced and not good quality (but very good at marketing, as they have had a lot of success breaking into the North American Market.)

Check the link I posted above (or my sig) for the best source in North America on what makes the "tea" is special.

BTW, Yerba Mate is NOT very similiar to Black tea....

    Ripped Fuel

I have been using Ripped Fuel for a few weeks and haven't really seen any results. Is there anyone else who uses this? Can anyone suggest a REALLy good fat burner for women. I am reading that Fahrenheit and Hydroxycut are low grade formulas, can anyone suggest a good one?

I haven't taken a fat burn for quite a while since before Ephedra was originally banned. I did check into the Farenheit to see what it was. It is completely different from Hydroxycut (which I took in past). The farenheit is a lower grade of the Hot Rox geared a little more toward women. Same ingredients just lower dose. It basically works on your thyroid hormones not surpressing your own TSH but helping to convert the T2 into T3 (did I get that in the right order? I forget) which helps to maintain muscle and increase fat burn. But it's one of those things you need to take continually before you see results. Like I think it takes a couple weeks because your supposed to not so much see weight lose since it supposedly helps maintain muscle. Unlike all the Ephedra and stimulant based products where you see almost immediate results this is more gradually. I just remember this from checking it out when they 1st came out on Biotest web site I even talked to them on phone. Hope this made sense or helped.
    Obsessed??? Is there another way?

I only listen to people who show results....

Because the chemical constituents and active alkaloids are nearly identical.

I saw that tea for sale in my grocery store, and it said it had 190 calories per serving!! Is it a different type of that tea or is the tea you're discussing really 190 calories a serving??

    Talking First time user

Hello, this will be my first time taking any kind of supplements. I have read a lot of these forums and many have said that lipo6 has worked for them. I start taking them tomorrow I hope they work for me. I'm just trying to lose about 15 more pounds so I hope it will help me out. I have been doing a low carb diet since I've been out here in Iraq. I'm not counting carbs excatly but just not eating any breads, pasta, potatoes, or any junk foods. Since I've been out here (almost 3 months now starting this month) I have done all natural and lost about 11-14 pounds. I just need to tone up I've been doing cardio and weight lifting but get tired too quickly so I hope this will give me some energy to keep it going! Just like anything it works for some people and not for others...wish me luck! Has anyone out there had success with lipo6? I will check in about a week to tell ya'll my results...please out there give me insight and feedback with your experiences! Question: Is it a good idea to do low carb while you are on fat burners?

    Thank you

    Firelean w/ ephedra

yep, I said it w/ ephedra... 2X as much as the original hydroxycut. I have been taking it for a week and a half now, and already THREE POUNDS LIGHTER! You take it once a day before working out (or in the morn on an empty stomach). so far I likes what I sees!

    Hi!

I'd like to try the Firelean w/ ephedra. Does this product have the ephedra already in it or did you buy the ephedra separately and took together? Oh, and where did you get it?

    thx

Is FIRELEAN (w/ ephedra) a good fat burner? Meaning.. I like the thermogenics feeling...does this create that?
I am taking Lipo6 now. Not for fat-burning purposes, just workout energy/ability to sweat easily.
