I haven't tried it yet (its still on order) is Venom.. A couple trainers at my work ( girls at 15-17%) swear by it. The problem is with a lot of this stuff is the weight lost is muscle!! On of our girls.. 5'2" 115 lost about 7 lbs in one week.. Theres three products and you can stack all three!!.. Hello,

I friend just gave me a bottle of Xenadrine-NRG. I heard about it but never taken it. It is suppose to last up to 8 hours. I just finish taken my last Lipo 6 pill and really like it, I got great result from it.

Pls. Note I am preparing for a natural competition and cannot take ephedra. Any pointer......

I would recommend Lipodrene, I dropped about 30 lbs. but that was combined with eating right and weight training. I went from 175 to 145 in about 7 months. If you intend to lose weight and keep it off then get educated on what your putting in your body.

I just started on MXLS7 and love it. I actually saw it in DH's mag and it's more geared towards men but when i called the company they said that 'intensely training women' could take it too, I figured that was me!
Anyway, you get such a good feeling and buzz from it but don't get the crash, don't get me wrong I couldn't take ephedra for anything but this stuff is awesome.

Women will always battle bloating, water retention, metabloism slowing during dieting... we're women. OTC diet pills of any kind techniquely work for me. However, the ones that work the best cause a tremor, "shaky insides", rapid heart beat and, most of all, make it impossible for me to sleep. My whole life I have had trouble sleeping. The best combo for energy and weight loss along with being able to really rest while I sleep is asprin and ephedrine. The Ephedrine is quick release... it doesn't stay in my system long. I work out at night and drink a cup of black coffee with an ephedrine. By the time I am done with my workout I am pooped, and if I am not pooped I will take 1mg of melatonin (stay away from valerian root). During the day I take an asprin with the ephedrine.

I have taken just about all the over-the-counter fat burners out there...Lipo 6, Xanadrine, Trimspa, Tight, etc. and nothing gave me the added energy I was hoping for and my appetite was still the same. Someone told me about taking MAN Scorch and Vaporize if I wanted real energy. We shall see. I just think that if you can buy a fatburner at a retail store, then it's probably just a waste of my money! Nothing beats clean eating and exersise, and a strong cup of coffee

vaporize (on any sesamin product) wont give you energy, but it will help with fat loss.

I dunno---but TrimS works great for me w/caffeine. Check it out---curbs those cravings. I know it works because when I don't take it---I want carbs(sugar)!

I'm on a 12 week transformation to lose 14 lbs. I'm 6 weeks into it and I've been taking Lipo-6 for 4 weeks. I have felt absolutely nothing from these pills. I have no extra energy. I take them as directed and I eat very clean and exercise everyday except Sundays. I've lost 4 lbs but do not believe it's from Lipo-6. Before I read this thread, I was about to post this same question. I've already been planning on buying something else once this bottle is done. But not sure what to try either. I however do want something I can feel.

give pure EC or thermorexin a try. You will be able to feel both of them, you will feel the EC more (some find it a bit jittery, though I like that

how would I go about finding pure EC, can you recommend anything off of BB.com? is that ephedra and caffeine?

no, unfortunately not.

prolab caffiene you can get from bb.com
ephedrine hcl from nutribolicinc.

you can get thermorexin from bb.com as well as others.

Hi, new here to the bb forum. What dosage do you suggest for ephedrine HCL? In the past I had excellent results from the original Xenedrine. I am 4' 11'' and weighed 150+lbs. I dropped to 112 in about 6mo-9mo. (with low-carb diet and exercise). I loved the energy I got from the Xenedrine, it actually made me look forward to my workout (strength and cardio) and I hated to exercise before, but since the birth of my son 15 months ago, I actually gained weight after leaving the hospital (125lbs to 145lbs). I am back on a low-carb diet, but am lacking the energy that I need to get me back to loving and looking forward to working out. Seems my son takes up any energy that I have left from my job that by the end of the day, I just want to go sleep at his bedtime which is 8:00pm. I've read alot of the posts that back ephedrine HCL and EC stacks and would like to know what the differences are in ephedrine HCL and ephedra. Are there any side effects to using the ephedrine that asthmatics use? Thanks for taking the time to read my posts, and any suggestions would be welcomed!

16-24mg ephedrine, 100-200mg caffiene (most people reccomend a 10:1 or 8:1 ratio of caffiene to EC. really depends on your tolerance

A good combo I've used off and on, to increase energy without feeling jittery...

Beverly international 7 KetoMusclean along with Energy Reserve (which is just L-Carnitine).

I use it for about 2-3 weeks at a time then take a week off (during which I feel pooped, unfortunately!). While I'm on it, though, it works great!

Hi Krafty/ Anyone Else Out There

I have no other issues with EC/ECA except for really tight skin on my face, no matter how much I drink -I do a gallon a day. Come across this one before ?

try increasing your polyunsaturated fat intake (omega- 3) from flax or fish oil.

It worked - doubled Omega 3 intake to 4000mg per day and in two days I could smile again.
