Traveling a lot within the next 2 months...
My job has me traveling a lot. I am staying for approximately 3-4 days consecutively each time I come up here (4 weeks in total).
Do you have any suggestions of what I can eat at my hotel room? lol
I can't eat anymore junkfood. I have a refrigerator and a microwave in my room. I have bought nuts and fruits and water. I can't do Peanut Butter & Jelly everyday. Any other ideas?
Thank you for your help!

Tuna, jerky, pb, chicken, pretty much anything. You can also make lots of meals with you and then heat them up at the hotel.

I soo know where you are coming from. I do this every summer but for a few weeks at a time. You should see my suit case. I actually bring a hot plate and dry goods. I need more room for food than clothes
Anyhow if you can bring a wee foreman grill with you you can prepare eggs or meats( that is if you can get to a nearby store) You can also pick up yogurt, veggies and fruits. If you are handy with the microwave and bring your own bowls you can whip up some turkey chili or other meal and eat it. Also cold cuts for sandwiches are a good option too as are salads.
If you want to go without cooking try tuna packets, buffalo jerky ( or other lean jerky) and whey as protien options.

2% cottage cheese, apples, and PB. My BF eats it religiously everyday and we have a refrigerator packed with all sorts of other food. It's really tasty. Especially if you had cinnamon to it. Quaker Weight Control instant oatmeal is good. High fiber and protein. There's a ton of good food. The South Beach Living food is pretty darn tasty too. I could make a giant list for you, but i'll stop now. :P

Thank you all for your suggestions!
Yeah, I have bought some fruits. I try not to eat too much of them though because I am allergic. There are several things that I had not though about that you guys mentioned. The one thing though that is to my disadvantage is that there is no grocery store where I am at. I am in the Financial District of Manhattan and the only store close to a supermarket is "Duane Reade". Its like a CVS or a Rite Aid. They don't sell fresh food at all.
I get reimbursed for everything while I am on my trip. In fact, I have a company card. However, if I was to buy groceries BEFORE I go on my trip I wouldn't be approved for it. I have to make my purchases here in New York.
Oh well, either I buy my on gorceries and take them with me or I take a cab ride to a grocery store.
Thank you again!

that sucks - take a cab and go buy some decent food
wraps and pita breads are good to have for lunch, just make sure they are whole wheat

I take raw almonds, weight control oatmeal and protein powder everywhere. At least if I'm in a pinch at a hotel I can always find hot water, a coffee cup to put it in and throw in some protein powder! It works great.
