I just started Keto diet on Mon and had a couple questions which I couldn?t find.
1. How long should I wait before doing the carb load weekend? Some said a week while others said wait 14 days or never.
2. If I get completely strayed off from the diet?like had eat regular carbs for a week, do I have to ?re-initiate? myself back into the diet? Example, let say initial week is 14 days no carb and then carb up one weekend a week. Then after a month or so, I had to go somewhere where I have to eat carb rich meals like MREs. Then I come back a home a week later?.would I have to do the initial phase again?
BTW, I?m basing my a lot of my info from this site and the Anabolic Diet by Dr. DiPasquale from 1990s. Thanks for your help
