i need workout routine for mma and how many sets and reps, im currenty started doin muay thai, and plan on adding western boxing and bjj, and i been doin the 5x5 program
for those sports you can be a power house and hit hard or you can be lean and fast, to be fast do light weight with 20+ reps a set or to be a power house do heavy weight with 4+ reps a set
