You cant make your wrists bigger, however when ur forearms get big it, it will look better with small wrists because of the proportions. Its kind of like a small waist, nobody wants to be the skinny guy with a 28 inch waist with the chest/shoulders to match but everyone wants to be the guy with the 28 inch waist and big chest/shoulders. Its all about proportions my friend.

Yeah dude just working your arms will make your forearms bigger, which eventually makes your wrists look bigger, you just have to be patient and stick with it.
And wanking will not make one arm bigger than the other... and it will not make your arm any stronger... trust me, lolWorkout journal

small wrists
i used to have wrists 6 inches round, because the base of the wrist is pretty much just bone there are only two realistic ways to increase wrist size
1 surgery to make the bone appear more wide
2 gravity training, the scientific fact of the matter is the only natural way to increase wrist size is gravity
after 3.5 yrs of lifting free weights and general exercise on and off i now have wrists that are just over 7 inches round, their "depth" is wear the growth is noticed while the width appearance is only milimeters (if i flex the area looks bigger too)
as you get older (40s) ur wrist will naturally get or appear bigger as the bones continue to grow outwards, but if you want bigger wrists in your youth...well your **** out of luck for the most part depending how important it is to you...if there wasn't something you did to increase the size when you were little then you're stuck with genetics
