    I've found that the powerlifters are usually the ones alot better with general lifting advise...

    obviously a pro bodybuilder, bbers train for size and by all logic will know how to get big without a question, powerlifters train for strength, and strength doesnt have a lot to do with size

    Depends on your goals but I'd say Powerlifter. Powerlifting is much more of a thinking sport than Bodybuilding. Plus Powerlifter's have knowledge about specifically gaining strength and size.

    powerlifter. No offense of alot of this board, but I dont' see how alot of people plan on getting huge when they can't squat 500lbs or bench 300. Your not going to get big lifting light weight and a powerlifting style can get you the strength you need to have the solid foundation to get huge. I'd rather train like a powerlifter, get some good strength gains (3/5/5) and THEN work on hypertrophy if I'm not happy with my size.

    PL'ers are ****ing MASSIVE, and they generally have way better training.

    I'd say train like a PL'er, eat like BB'er, and have a cut every once in a while. Isn't that already called powerbuilding though?
