Hi, i am a 15 year old freshman and i was wondering if anyone could help me, i just purchased some creamatrix from a local supplement store, my parents are strongly against it and want me to return it. Otherwise, they will throw it away. Are they acting normal?? Is it that bad for me? Should i ever take creatine?//

im sorry but you guys arent very smart, age has nothing to do with creatine, its not steroids or anything, just as long as you drink plenty of water you would be fine. but go read in the supps section
Height = 6'3"
Weight = 190ish
Age = 18
bench == 255, down to 235
squat == 315*3, :(
pullups == 30, about 20ish
chins == 4 * bw + 100, :(
deadlift == 335 old record, now :(

I started taking it when I was 15 and I never got any bad sides. Be safe and wait a year. When you do decide to take it, drink alot of water; like a gallon a day. That's assuming that you play any sports. If you do, you should take it on the off season.
P.S. 2lbs of red meat has 8 grams of creatine in it.Last edited by GPAONEG; 03-03-2006 at 08:41 PM.

Why the heck does people think creatine is bad for you, CREATINE is found in meat which you eat. So even if you dont take it you still have it in your body, the point of taking it is to keep an optimum amount of creatine in your body to aid your work outs. Make sure to take a gallon of water, and drink it throughout the day if not dont take it.
