some prs and vids

pretty decent workout today

shrug cleans up to 245

275 pc felt easy, i think i got a few more pounds in it, tryed double but lost focus bigtime, no comment on the scream, friend told me to do it lol http://media.putfile.com/275pc

285 clean, was gonna be a pc, but i was wore out from all earlier shrug cleans and work pc sets, did not expect to keep clean when i dropped down, so i didnt quite keep form and sink very deep due to the surprise, u can tell by the laughter afterwards

355x1 3 second pause olympic squat, not to bad

485x2??? dead off blocks, NOT a clean dead, this is my conventional deadlift form

didnt really expect go this heavy on anything but i felt good and was in a good mood, just give some opinions on whatever you see wrong and some tips, weight is around 88 or 89kg, 18yearsold

i got the same shoes as you, the addidas weighlifting shoes. I put a bigger heal on my tho, there pretty sweet.

nice lifts, that clean was impressive.

No squat vid, just commenting that I had worked up to that during the workout.

Yea I have had these shoes since summer, love them, I think they will last me atleast 2 and half years.
