Hi, started to workout about a month and a half ago, I've seen results, I'm gaining weight and muslce. However I think I'm gaining more fat then muscle as I would like to. So I was wondering if there is a way to gain muscle AND lose body fat at the same time. I average about 3500 - 3800 calories a day and about 200 grams of protein a day. My average grams of fat I would guess is around 115 maybe even more. So any advice would be helpful.
Thanks.

Yes, it's possible.. especially since you're new to lifting. It will be difficult, and results for both will come slower than if you were trying to concentrate on one or the other. Search around and you will find guides. Carb-cycling and keto diets sometimes give people the results you're looking for.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
