Fitness Routine?

So I see all these amazing clips of fitness routines...how might go about training to do one? Is gymnastics the best option? Any information would be greatly appreciated. =]
[Thanks]

You can but do not have to!
I would look at the minimal of some of these choices, handstand, cartwheel, splits and some leaps. Most dance coaches can help with this.
Check out my article at this site in the articles section about fitness skills.
I also just posted a new ebook which dicusses this, its called 'Competitive Advantage' and can be found at lindacusmano.com in the download section.
register free and once confirmed you can log in and will be able to see the rest of the menu.

Don't forget about your routine music, Some of my clients actually do their music first and let the music help choreograph their routine !! Check out my website ( www.myspace.com/proroutinemusic ) if you need help putting together a kick ass routine song...Scott
