    Looking for a multi with greatest digestability!

    I am looking for a good multi-vitamin but one that has excellent digestability. Most of the multi vitamins that i have seen out there seem to have poor digestability. Is there something out there in liquid form or something that allows your body to absorb the vitamins and minerals more that what i have read about in the past? By the way i am new to this forum!!     Welcome and yes there are liquid multi-vitamins; I just can't remember the brands, search on bb.com

    I have heard that the liquid multi's have less percentage digestability than solid pill form. Is this true?

    Anyone other feedback from you guys???
