Just rem that there is a reason 80% of the ppl in this section take creatine...they arent doing it bc its fun! The stuff is good and works..

But if you are looking for Creatine free pre-wo supps, look at Advanced Caffeine for pure low cost stimulant or NO Limits for non stimulant NO.

yeah well i have too take white flood because whenever i take creatine i end up with nose bleeds a week later probably because of lack of water but i dont recomend creatine. jacked was a great pre work out for me but white floods focus is just an amazing feeling
