Gain 20 pounds in about 4 months, how can i do it?

Ive given up trying to gain weight here at my school. The cafe is just horrible and i don't have a fridge. Ive decided to wait till i get home to gain 15-20 pounds and seeing that i have four months to do it i think that its possible. I'm 6'3 180 pounds, what type of work out should i be looking into for maximum gains? I'm gonna take Nitrotech before and after my workout, eat alot of PBJ's, drink muscle milk and eat oatmeal before i go to sleep. Any other suggestions?

Protein, 1.5x your body weight (lbs) in grams every day, eating every few hours throughout the day. Muscle Milk is loaded with saturated fat, and I find it hard to believe their lies about how it is "good fat." Good fat doesn't come in the saturated form. You'll put on weight with this, but chances are, it'll be a mixture of muscle and love handles. I use 100% Whey for protein. It doesn't taste like a milkshake, but neither does egg whites, chicken and tuna.

That's definitely possible. That comes out to about a pound per week. I don't like muscle milk. I know it tastes great, but just get some regular protein. If you need a proten with more calories in it, look online. I buy some from All The Whey. As for Nitro Tech. Drop that too. You're paying more money for what? Go online and find a cheap whey protein. All The Whey. True Protein. Doesn't really matter. You can find cheaper options with the best quality too.

Just keep eating bro. A lot. Get a lot of calories. You might gain some fat. But as long as you don't mind, you can easily get that 15 - 20 pounds. And work hard. Lift hard.

You comfortable with the fact that if that is a chemically unassited gain, it aint going to be lean?

Good point! I forgot to mention the fact that adding 15 - 20 pounds of lean mass that fast is very difficult, unless you want some fat associated with it.

"Some" fat is an understatement! In hindsight of bulking too quickly, I'd honestly say shoot for 8-10 pounds in 4 months. It won't all be lean (the majority will be if all parameters are optimal), but if you go and bulk 20 lbs, the extra weight on top of 8-10 isn't going to be anything but adipose tissue.

Dude 20 lbs of muscle in 4 months is probably not going to happen without roids or hgh. Shoot for 5 lbs of muscle every 2 months. Dont set your goals too high.

I actually just accomplished this feet gaining 20lbs in 4 months. I did it with 4 day split routine and eating lotsa protein...allmax quickmass, mix it with some iso protein after workouts and mabe pick up some creatine if you feel like you have money to spend. Do about 8 reps per set for every muscle group. Dont lift to heavy i always see newbies doing this just control the weight it works alot better. I recommend 4 exercises per muscle group.JUST EAT

It would be possible although most of the gains would have to be sarcoplasmic, sarcomere hypertrophy takes much longer than that.
