I didnt even know I was selected. But today it arrived inthe mail so I was pretty happy especially since I just finished off a sucessfull run of Fenotest and retain.
So here goes.

Current supp usage
cAmphobolic and ce2 to help with fat. Other then that Nothing else. I just finished up Fenotest and retain which was far better then i imagined it would be for a natural booster. Last Ph usage was before xmas.

STATS
6'3 holding steady at 218 right now. SCALE shows 12.9% b/f 59% body water.
Calories is 5500 daily which is about 300 more then Maint.
Protein. 300grams daily in the form of tuna turkey and shakes.
Syntrax fuzzy navel and very cherry berry for a refreshing drink. Also int he mix is TRU Proteeein's orange cream Micellar casien and vanilla calcium Cas. for evening and mid morning shake.
I dont what to expect really. 30 days Id like to see 4lbs kept weight. Im trying to cut bodyfat as its starting to warm up. So muscle preservation and muscle gain is key.
Im gonna follow rec. instructions
1 serving of h blocker 30 min before gym and with 30 min left in my workout im gonna have my serving of CEXL
on days off 1 serving will be after breakfast the other serviing will be after lunch
I had a sample of h-blocker int eh past and although the taste wasnt the best. great things dont taste good. it did give me a good energy buzz so lets see how this pans out

Ok this is obviously my weekend off so I havent trained any. But i have followed the directions for off days.
the CE-XL has a good orange taste to it.
Im sure we have all heard about the bland taste of h-blocker. I find that If I add a single package of spleda to it that it makes it alot better.
I take my hblocker on the am and ce xl in after noon.
I like taking the h-blocker in teh AM for the energy buzz it gives me

i tried the sample way back and I liked it i just had mine a bit ago and im buzzing right now.
onyl down side is the tingling fom the beta alanine. but you get used to it.

Day 1 Monday

0900 gym chest shoulders and tri's prickly feeling going away after 3 dose
energy up i hate the gym so early but i was boosted

after warmup

then 280 for 22 reps rest paused
280x6 then x5 then x4 x4 x3 by the 3rd set exhaustion wa setting in but i coulda kept up the 3 reps for some time
Shoulders. Standing Barbell press
after warm up 155x15 reps rp
155x6 155x5 155x4. doing these standing are always tough on me but when i try them seated they hurt my shoulders to no end.
Tri's 2 sets of dips at 10 reps each
40lb single arm DB overhead extensions 20 reps rest paused.
40 x6 x5 x5 x4
My tri's are one of my strongest upper body parts they never seem to fatigue. Im afraid to go higher with elbow pain maybe start using 2 handed method.
I drank the serving of CE-XL after 15 mintues in the gym and drank it during workout.
protein shake after wards
then I ate all night long. 3 microwavable Low fat chilli macaroni meals, a huge salad from my wifes work loaded with ham, eggs, olives, lettuce tomato, fat free ranch, hot peppers. :drool:
Micellar casein shake for bed at 2300. I dont care for TP protein anymore so Im ordering new suff and junkin this. its too clumpy and the flavoing sucks

No soreness today it seemed to go away last night
today was my day off so I took h blocker after breakfast and ce xl after lunch

Well. today I was welcomed with the new of my father passing away. Me being the power of attorny I spent all day making phone calls since im in SC and he is IN PA where all my family is.
So I was in a caloric deficit all day. i ate like hell.
I figiured the gym would be my best medicine today, I always feel better pounding the iron. so today was leg day.
took my serving of h blocker at 500pm. 20 min later i got the lovely beta flush. I really do like it . It lets me know it sworking. With my spirits upo I began squating. But no being able to eat worth a dick my squats suffered

standing calve raises 500lbs machine 3 set of 10
I drank my CE-XL serving during training
I tried mixing 6-mu with h blocker
please dont do that. it was the worst tasting **** ever. Id rather drank Bulk CEE with warm water 
weight is still the same. veins are popping again.
this coupled with the fact that now i have enough for 60 days makes me a happy guy for atelast a little bit.
Ill be gone for 1 week. Ill attempt to hit up my old gym back home in PA but no log posting until i return

Fridays lift was a fair lift.
Chest shoulders and tri's
Incline was. after warm up 235 for 20 reps rest paused. I did fatigue as fast so I did some cables to burn myself out.
I did lateral raises 45lbs for 18 reps rest pause
tricep pushdowns cables 80lbs 30 reps. 3 x10
endurance was up. I left the gym kind of pissed. I wasnt fatigued i felt I coulda did more.
with all teh stress lately gettin ready to go home to pA to bury my dad i wasnt expecting to be as strong. Ive ate like hell slept like crap.
but lifts were great.
this will be my last entry til march 19th. Ill lift in my spare time back In pa but my computer access will be limited

Ok Im back from PA
I lifted 4 days this past week. I didnt really eat as good as Id like, I slept like **** due to all the stress of My dad passing.
What I will say is I took this religiously and so far. I LOVE THIS ****.
Each day that goes by my recovery is so much faster and better. I left the gym each day this week thinking " that kinda sucked I shoul;da did more im not even tired"
I mean I was opumped I lifted hard and everything was great but after say 45 min of leaving the gym it was as I didnt go that day lol. SO this week im increasing all my numbers and gonna push through. this **** is gonna rock
I have had a chance to read the other logs so Im gonna check on them now and see what the others are saying

Ok I slept like **** last night, maybe 5 hrs tops i just couldnt fall asleep
today i did chest tris and shoulders
flat bench was 260lbs for 30 reps rp i lowred the weight and did more reps i was pumped my chest felt full as hell
shoulders i did standing db press of 55lbs for 20 resp rp
tris were single arm pushdowns 80lbs 3 sets of 10
Yesterday I did hack squats leg extensions leg curls and calves. Legs for some reason have become my favorite bodypart to train
regardless of how tired i was i was still energetic im hoping i get some more sleep tonight. wednesday is off day to rest and eat thursday ill hit back and bi's

My latpull downs increased aand My bent over t-bar rows were awesome.
weight is still the same. nothing mind blowing to post and nothing negative to post. so far im very happy

sorry I missed this post. I skipped my second set of legs on friday to start a 8 hr landscaping marthon that ended yesterda.
My hamstrings hurt more then any leg workout has in awhile. I planted 18 plants and 4 trees and laid down 20 bags of red mulch so that took care of my cardio, legs and back again lol.
i still followed dosing protocol due to high stress and fatigue i faced.
digging up the top 2 inches of area to smooth out then digging for all the pants was a great back and hammy workout. My hamstrings actually cramped up that night
today is a much need day off from physical activity.
moday is chest shoulders tris. tues back bi forearms wed off thur legs fri chest again.
thursday though im gettin my wisdom teeth pulled so legs will be very early in the morning

Yesterdays workout was average I was sore today in my chest I hit my tri's real hard they were killing me. My shoulders dont seem to wanna stimulate
today was back bis and forearms.
My back workouts are always great.
i ate 3 packages of grits this morning with a fruit and yogurt salad
then I had a serving of h blcoker with xtend 1 hr later 30 min before gym. I had a great back workout. lat pull downs were the same but cable rows increased. DB curls were using 60lb dbs for 20 reps rp then i dropped to 45lb dbs and held them at half rep where 100% of the weight was on my bi's and tried to hold it for 15 seconds it hurt like hell and i only made it 10 ten seconds but ti sure did help the pump at the very end I had veins everywhere
i drank my usual serving of ce-xl during my workout.
30 min afte workout i had my POWO shake with 2 tuna sandwhichs with a sliced tomato
weight is holding steady at 220lb bf is also holding steady. wednesday is a off day over the next3 days im gonna try to lower my carbs a bit to start shedding some excess b/f that lurked up in my stomach region
I hit the precor machine yesterday and today for 15 min HIT to burn 150 cals each session its astart since i hardly do cardio at all

well today was supposed to be a day off and tomm was legs. Well I miss judged the date and tomm I get my wisdom teeth yanked so I did legs today.
I love doing legs. It gives me the best rush I did barbell hacksquats for the first time ever Im in love with that exercise.
Im begining to see some veins in My quads which is pretty cool. I did single leg leg curls bb hack squats and single leg ext to stry to get some eeper cuts. finished off with calf raises.
i did the normal dosing of pre workout along with cexl during my training
after words i ate 2 huge steaks and a pot of fresh cut green beans OMFG im in heaven right now

Ok yesterday I had the teeth yanked. I spent most of hte day with my head in the clouds.
i never was a big fan of pain killers. so Im trying to get by with these motrins.
i didnt take any servings yesterday.
Im hoping today I can go get some work ing.
i have dead lifts and bi's today but im afraid going to heavy today will pop some blood clots.
so Ill post tonight my results

Ok sorry I havent updated this. I finished My first tub of each. I have another tub of hblocker and ce-xl i cant wait to tear into.
final thoughts. This **** works and goes great together,. Like peanut butter and jelly.
I took a week off from training due to my teeth being pulled and I noticed back in the gym My endurance want up to par.
granted I had a week off and what not. but days I lift without this stuff was def. diff then the days lifting with this.
The taste doesnt even bug me anymore im actually used to it and sip it more often
I catn wait to run this next 30 days adding anagen in with it to see if this is much better
