I'm at the end of my bulking phase and i'm hoping to get up to 210, right now i'm about 204 and I'm supplementing with green bulge and white blood, i've got about two weeks of pills left so after that I'll begin cutting up for summer
I haven't gained alot of fat but the little bit that I have gained has been in my abs and my lower chest
by doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach would that burn that fat off quicker or will it also be burning muscle?....this is the first time i've intended to bulk before, and this will be the first time i have intended to get ripped
before I had always just tried to get stronger for example playing baseball in high school I just did what they recommended and I didn't intend to gain x amount of pounds and then cut down to x% of bodyfat

I don't recommend it. I do Hiit and basically treat it like lifting.

Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend. - Bruce Lee

This has been debated ad nauseum and I don't know if there is ever going to be a definitive answer. Ultimately, I think the best choice is whatever you will actually do and do consistently. If you aren't going to get up and do fasted low intensity for an extended period of time, try HIIT, and vice versa. If it's six of one and a half dozen of the other, mix it up.
Do, or do not. There is no try.
