Some Personal Info
I'm 18 this year (17 now) and have about 1.5~ years of lifting experience. 5'10 @ 183~ lbs
I'm having a 2.5month of school break right now so i'm taking this chance to concentrate more on lifting/diet/rest.
I'll be taking 2 bottles of Activate Xtreme with 2week break in between. Together with Glycergrow during this entire AX cycle.
I've tried GG before but with no results. I figured it was probably because my diet was crap at that point of time. This time i'll make sure my diet's good.
Expectations
Bump up my incline to 2 plates (1.5plates now)
Bump up my deadlift to 4 plates (3.5 plates now)
Bump up my military to be able to 8 rep 1 plate (17.5kg x 6 now per side)
Hopefully add 0.2-0.5inch on my arms (HOPEFULLY)
Overall perhaps 5-7lb gain in 2 months
Hopefully increased vascularity from GG

(1x? = just doing the max i could, doesn't need to be 5. From there i could gauge if its possible to add weights next week)

Acne
Just felt like adding this in
I've always been very very acne prone. Small brief below
Acne History
Had reallly good face till about 15 or so (fuk puberty) till my face got super oily and forearm was acne INFESTED.
I thought that was bad...but that was nothing lol
1 year later my cheeks started some pimples.. nothing much i thought.. Forehead cleared up (yes!)
Next my cheeks are being overtaken by acne lol.. Now my cheeks are left with lots of red marks and occasional pimples.
Acne Regime
Nothing special, Centaphil facial cleanser 2 times a day , 3 days a day on workout (after workout).
2.5% benzoyl peroxide.
And those doesn't help lol
Activate Xtreme and Acne
According to other logs here, i would probably be experiencing more acne than my current 'rate'.
I'll be logging on any signs of acne (hopefully not).

Terrible day today actually. For some reason i was pretty breathless during the entire session. Got fatigued REAL quick. Probably because my diet/rest/etc was crap for the last 5 days (vacation)(vacation on rest week)
Nothing much to worry. Hopefully tomorrow would be betterHello

Leg history
I personally feel i've got pretty decent legs for my upper body size. I owe it to 3x squatting a week from madcow 5x5.
I got up to repping 2 plates.. However for some reason my back starts to 'give way'.. Stopped squatting for an entire 4-5months. Went back and tried, back STILL gave problems.
I started listening to people about training abs and lower back...so i finally started training abs (lol) and did some good mornings.
Good to see i'm able to squat today. Not a lot but since its the first time in quite a while, i'm sure the lifts will up quickly

Today's workout was VERRRRY tiring and EXHAUUSTTTINGG.... Probably because i was working before this.
Felt good doing squats. Had back related problem but managed to fix it. No pain/ache until the 4th set. Probably bringing a belt for this
And also my FOREARM cramped when doing GOOD MORNINGS...hence i screwed up some sets lol
And also for some reason i feel SUPPER hot in the gym today (I suffer from hyperhidrosis)..

Today's only day 5 so i don't expect any results yet.
Incline kinda disappointed me. I could've done the 5th rep(3rd set) but the thought of no spotter scared me so i stopped at 4. (the 4th was a small bounce on the chest already). Is a small(small){small} bounce on the chest ok when doing incline low reps? (stricter form during hyperthrophy days)
Vascularity
Interestingly forearm SLIGHTLY more vascular. Could see a bicep vein when carry plates. Can't wait for arm day on Sunday (I was never a vascular person)Hello
