    wrestlers bridge technique

anyone know the way to gain maximum neck mass? I rock back and forth and lower my shoulders to the ground then hoist myself back into the brdige again with my neck muscles, I also go from side to side in an almost see-saw motion. I rock baCK onto my heels on each rep, anyone got further advice or technique tips for the bridge, I am 72kg[160 pounds] with a 16.5 inch neck

    As a fellow wrestler...

Try the 4-way neck machine, if you have access to one. If not, just use your arms to simulate the 4-way neck machine. That is, use your arms to give resistance as you lean your head to the front, back, right, and left.

The bridges that you're doing are good too.
