anyone had it and has gotten rid of it? i've had it for almost 3 years now and i need it to stop. i have spent money on orthotics and stuff on the internet but nothing seems to help. i've also used ibuprofen(to the point where i'm taking 8 at every meal) but still it persists

go to an orthopedic store and get night splints. Where them at night while you sleep and they stretch your calves. It's helped mine.
