    Cardio Pre or Post Workout?

    My main concern is the 30 min window post workout. im not able to have a shake post workout and then do cardio. so 20 min of cardio pre or post workout?

    Cardio AFTER weight training. Then have your after training feeding. If you are concerned, drink a little EAA/BCAA cocktail.

    i reccomend doing about 10-15 min of light cardio post workout. if you workout REALLY HARD then that is considered "cardio". when you do cardio post workout you burn only fat, but you don't want to do it too hard because your body will go in a catabloic state and you will not gain muscle. hope that helps. =^).

    besides all this good reasons, if you do cardio pre workout your output will not be as good when your lifting
