    Question ACE personal training test?

I'm taking the test in 2months and was wondering if anyone else had taken it and had any hints or tips

I'm taking it too. I know somebody who's in charge or writing some of the test questions, so if I get any inside info I'll be sure to let everyone know. Which test are you taking, CPT, right?

ive taken it and a few things you need to know is your anaotomy and what muscles do what. Know your motions (extension, elevation, retraction, etc) and know how to do calculations for calculating calorie expendature. You will also most likely be given a client and have to design them a program based on their needs/goals/and abilities. Just a few things to help.
