Hi, currently for my diet it is 40 / 40 / 20 for protien/ carbs / fats...
its been working extremely well for me in losing body fat...although i have one question...
a family friend of mine asked me what my died was and i told him that every day i at 4 whole eggs ...... he started at me and was like what the **** your going to kill yourself like that.
so is it bad? or should i just do egg whites only.

What's with the Dr. hate? (i'm not one fyi) They have 8 years of school, there's no way they're getting through with a "C", and their focus on life is the prevention and cure of disease in others. Yes, some say/do stupid things, but the majority know what is good for you.
Look at it this way, if your total cholesterol is 175, eat all the eggs you want as long as you get your #'s checked periodically. If your total is more like 320, maybe the whites is a better choice.

Error on the side of caution...
Why chance it when you can just take a couple yokes out and add extra whites?? The white has "NO" fat or cholesterol.
Sure eggs got a bad rap for a while, however the yolk carries all the fat and cholesterol (as well as some really good nutrients too, which is why I leave a couple in). There's 215 mg of cholesterol in just one large egg (over 70% of the RDA). So why not just cut a couple yolks out to be safe??
My typical breakfast is:
- 5-6 eggs (only two w/ yolks)
- A bowl of bran flakes (or something along those lines. Oatmeal if there's time to cook it. Kashii has the best cereal, but it tastes like dirt.)
- And if I'm not running late (50-50), a few strips of some turkey bacon... mmmmmmmm.
