    Does the perfect pushup really work??

    i was just wondering... i have a pair and have yet to use them much, i was just wondering if anyone have used them and have seen any gains with them?? Thanks .... REPS

    someone got me one for christmas.... i returned it without ever even taking it out of the box....

    learn how to do a pushup without some machine. its really not that hard...
    STATS:

    Bench Press = 205 x 8
    Squat = 225 x 8
    Deadlift = 365 x 8
    Shoulder Press = 155 x 8

    yea but i was just wondering cause my dad got some for me last summer and i just didnt want them to be a waste you know...

    Push ups
    diamonds Push ups
    Jump Push ups
    Jump + Clap Push ups
    [whichever one of these challenges you]

    Bodyweight Squats
    One Legged Squats
    One foot calf raises

    Wide Grip Pullups
    Chinups

    Bridges

    Sprints

    That pretty much hits the whole body. (Pushups = chest/tri, squats and stuff = legs, wide grip pullups = more back/less biceps, chinups = more bicep/less back, Bridges = neck, sprints = cardio)

    Never make excuses for not exercising "because I don't have a gym"
