    is this supplement routine ok???

    30 min b4 workout- no xplode
    right after workout- creatine
    1.5 hr after workout- portien shake

    should i switch it up, or is this good????

    I wouldn't wait an hour and a half after you lift to have your protein shake. I try and have one right when I get home with some oatmeal or something and then a heartier meal (chicken breast, brown rice and veggies) about an hour and half after

    i figured it was in the wrong section but couldnt decide which one to put it in????

    would you take the protein shake and creatine at the same time??? right after my workout

    yes. You should try to get that shake in you no more than 20-30 mins later...
