walk home from college *burn too many calories?*
I don't do any cardio or anything else other than walking home from college in the evenings (get a lift during the mornings)
How many calories does this burn?
I'm finding it really hard to shove all those 4000+ cal;s a day into me already.
Walk home takes 25 mins

LoL, don't worry about it, walking doesn't burn too many calories and it is very effective at burning fat calories, so it may be a blessing in disguise.

25 minute isn't alot IF you are walking and not jogging/running.
