Shoulders and back

Can someone please help me and give a few workouts that will blast my shoulders and workouts that will kill my back

Just my opinion, but when you're deadlifting and doing bent over BB rows, your lower back probably is being trained plenty for the day...

Also, "planks" are generally associated as being a core movement. Maybe you were thinking of hyper-exstensions??
