Hey all im 20 yrs old, im going to college. I really want to have a great body but i cant seem to get enough food to do so. Im currently 6'2'' 245 with alot of bodyfat. I was told at my weight i should eat. 2,940calories-294gprotein-294carbs-65fat. I cant seem to do that. I dont really know any good food that has alot of good calories and good protein that i can put down without plugging my noise. Here is what im eating right now.
9:00am 5 Eggs-1cup of oatmeal-apple= 38gprotein-32carbs-210cal-26.5fat
12:00pm Protein Shake- 210cal-ofat-3carbs-50protein
2:30pm Large Salad- 1 Chicken Breast Sand-Orange=6fat-
42carbs-18protein-160cal
5:30pm-1 can of tuna= 1.5fat-ocarbs-32.5protein-150cal
7:30pm- 1 Chicken Breast,rice a roni, salad,- 440cal-8fat-52carbs-43carbs
9:00pm-Protein Shake 210cal-0fat-3carbs-50protein
All that equals around- 231.5 protein, 129 Carbs, 42 fats, 1380cal
I know that all that is not enough, but i dont know what all i have to eat to equal that. Right now im 1580calories short-62.5 protein short-165 carbs short-23 fat g short. So i have a ton of food to eat but i cant eat like that. Im trying to lose my gut to so i dont want to eat alot so i get fat. Anyone have any advise for me. By the way im in college so i cant go out and buy all these supplements so if you know any kind of food that is affordable that would be great. THanks for the help.

You are not eating enough calories if you want to bulk, go here:

Get your cals from peanut butter, tuna, oatmeal, eggs, steak, lean meats and all the basics.
