For anyone 18 or under
I real dont think alot of the younger guys realize how effective just eating is. That doesnt mean 3 or 4 square meals a day, that means every 2 1/2 hours and once in the middle of the night. go shake, solid meal, shake, solid meal.... all day long, then have a shake in the fridge and set ur alarm for the middle of the night. shoot for 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight each day. ie: u weight 200 lbs = 400 grams of protein a day. tons of complex carbs and healthy fats.... red meat is also great for mass and strength. Just eat like a ****ing horse, train hard and grow big. Ur supplements should be,"multi vitamin, protein powder, a mass gainer powder for right after you lift, a good creatine "a cheap creatine ethyl ester is great", a pre workout product "no-xplode, superpump 250, nano vapor, white flood" all good ones, and liver tabs for a cheap source of aminos and a little extra protein "take four with every meal" Do all that to the "T" and you'll grow fast, trust me...., If you need a good workout schedule you can use mine on my profile, PM if you need help with anything or have a question.

Just to clear everything up, The PH logs were all done by my cousin, he made the account for me, then used it for a while b4 I started.... I would never touch and PH's, 1. I can get real gear and 2. I'm all about IGF-1, supp of the gods

yeah if you like to sleep 5-6 hrs a night then casein is the way to go..... I like to get a lil more than that though, so I wake up in the middle of the night.... and i do take casein.... then wake up in 5 hrs, then back to bed for another 5

Sorry man but id like to believe you but you just don't look natrual. Once you lift for a while and learn what different peple are taking and how they look you can tell by lookin at guys weather they've taken **** to get to that point or not...

WOW you guys are great, I said the PH cycle wasn't posted by me, I then said that I take real gear, and that PH's arent my thing..... and yeah, I'm too young to be takin stuff, but I started at 18, same as Arnold, who is now in his sixties..... I have a goal, i've weighed the pros and the cons of my choices, I have monthly work done at the doctor, which is also the source of my AI's..... So rip on me if you wanna, cuz its not like I give two ****s....... The point of the thread was to give younger guys a base to start on, to detere them from the rumor that they cant get big without AAS. I was big before I ever used anything besides whats in the thread..... I want to be the youngest pro ever and thats what i'm working towards, so bash me if you wanna for what I do, but dont bash me from tryin to sway others from makin the same mistakes
