Ok so good thing I tracked my calories today. I have been eating way over maintainance in the past week. And I think thats the reason, I m on this never losing phase.
I want to lose 10 lbs before March 10th! So here I go...
My caloric limit is going to be 1000 calories a day. This is going to be extremely hard to do, with lifting and cardio, but this is what I want more than anything else right now..So I will stick to it.
This is what I can eat to be within the 1000 calories range. Well I dont know if others can see the contents of the link, but its just a reference point for me.
Full body, three times a week..with emphasis on legs ofcourse, and lots of cardio...
I just dont wanna get burnt out though, so I have to make sure I get a lot of sleep, which i have literally lost right now, becuase I am on BB.com all day reading up.. lol , thats how bad I want this...
30 days! and I need to lose half a pound each day..
