No one knows for sure but depending on the person, it differs but I dont go much more than 40 to 50g per meal

Well it must be awaste to consume my whey protein during a meal. I just ate 1 slic eof ham 3 eggs and a double scoop of whey protein.

I've been told by several different trainers u can digest 20 grams of protien an hour so if u eat every 3 hours your good with 40 to 60 a meal

I would not go over 50 or 60 pre meal.
