once a week is good enough however i used to train every bodypart 2x a week but it all depends on you and how you grow. 2x a week wasnt overtraining for me and i had decent gains however that might not work for everybody. Looks good though. You can throw some weighted dips in there and i usually alternate dumbells and barbells during the week.

i was thinking just do it ONCE and go all out-I wouldn't do that routine twice a week
maybe if you were doing like (this sounds pussy but)
F. Press 4X20
Incline Press 4X20
Cable Crossovers 4X25
you could probly squeeze out somethin like that twice a week-but that routine is for girls
