Question about caloric intake during off week

I'm taking a week off from working out and am probably going to switch up my routine when I start up again. I've been taking in a little under 3000 calories, and I was wondering if I should maintain this same amount during my week off or if I should reduce it by a few hundred.

what are your goals (Cutting or bulking). If i were you i would adjust my cals, so that i was eating at a maintenance level, but thats just me...........so if you are bulking, i would reduce your cals to maintenance level, but if you are cutting i would probably keep them the same (cause that would probably equal pretty close to your maintenance, minus your workout).
